Yesterday, in the Circuit Court for Prince Georg’e County, our client was granted Probation Before Judgement on the charge of Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine. The Defendant pled guilty in 2003 and was sentenced on September 29, 2010. The Court granted the Defendant Probation before Judgment, backdated (nunc pro tunc) to September 29, 2007, which allowed the Defendant to file for an immediate expungement of police and court records.
