On June 7, 2011, our client, having been unjustly charged with armed robbery, (Maximum 20 years incarceration) was given the opportunity to enter an Alford plea to two misdemeanors, assault and misdemeanor theft, and we anticipate that the client will receive Probation Before Judgment in the near future, therefore clearing the client’s record of all convictions.
