Abigail Scott has focused her legal education on preparing to defend the criminally accused. As a judicial law clerk in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Abigail was exposed to a variety of civil and criminal matters. While pursuing her law degree, Abigail represented juvenile and adult clients as a student attorney, was a legal intern at the criminal defense firm Henson Pachuta, PLLC and the Prince George’s County, Maryland Office of the Public Defender, and a staff member of The Catholic University Law Review. During law school, Abigail also provided pro bono assistance at the New Orleans Public Defenders office, through a yearly volunteer trip. Abigail is dedicated to providing clients with the best representation possible and to help them through what can at times be a tumultuous process.
