Joseph Hainline joined The Law Offices of Steven D. Kupferberg in 2009. His practice focuses on criminal defense and personal injury. Joseph has a special interest in trial work and is equally comfortable arguing in front of a jury or a judge.
As a third generation trial attorney, Mr. Hainline is intimately aware of the dedication and commitment required to zealously and successfully advocate on behalf of his clients. He is a native of Chevy Chase, Maryland and graduated from the College of Charleston, in Charleston, South Carolina with a degree in psychology and a minor in criminal justice. Immediately after completing his undergraduate degree, Joseph moved back to the Washington, DC area where he worked at one of the country’s largest law firms for two years. In 2006, he began his legal education at the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and was a member of the CommLaw Conspectus legal journal. Joseph now resides in Takoma Park, Maryland with his wife Emily.
